We know things happen! If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please let us know ASAP. We can then better accommodate to your situation. Please note, cancellations within 2 weeks of the session will result in the loss of the booking fee. 

Every now and then, we host giveaway sessions as a special way to welcome new families to our studio.

While we’d love to include everyone who applies, that just wouldn’t be practical. We do our best to select as many applicants as possible, making it a joyful experience for all involved.

We do require a deposit to hold your date and time. Just like you, our time is valuable, and we have employees who are waiting and preparing for your visit.

Giveaway sessions also serve as a gentle reminder to celebrate the present and capture memories before it’s too late. It’s a chance to pause and appreciate the special bond you share with your family, ensuring you have a timeless and tangible keepsakes to treasure forever. 

We specialize in fine art canvas wall portraits, albums, and image boxes. Digital images are available with the purchase of wall art or other products. 

However much you spend on your portraits will depend on what you fall in love with and at what scale you would like them printed.

We recommend budgeting for an art piece starting at $1000. Desk prints at $350. Visit our Product page for more information. 

Editing takes time to ensure the best quality. Our custom portraits will be ready approximately 10 to 12 week after full payment is received, depending on framing, sizes and edits.
