1. Respond to our texts

We send you a text the week of your session to confirm the little, yet important details. These texts are reminders leading up to your special day and to help you have the perfect experience while here.

Ex: spelling of your child's name, size, set, and age. 

2. Clean and style

Children play and can get messy, and that's okay. We do ask that your child has a clean face and brushed hair. Please remove any temporary tattoos and any chipped, or cracked nail polish before arriving. 

We do style their hair a bit before the photoshoot, but if there's a specific hairstyle you would like your child to have, please do it yourself before entering the studio.

3.  Please be on time

We want to spend as much time with your child as possible to create a magical and lasting experience. We offer a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled session is to start. Any time after that, your session will be canceled and sadly any fee paid will become non-refundable. 

4. No Cellphones

We do not allow any recording or photo-taking once we pass through the castle doors inside the studio. We encourage all media recording and taking before you enter, or when instructed at the very end. We want you to enjoy your time with us in the moment, free of distractions.
